RECEPTION MANAGER

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Reception Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

Guest Relations: 

Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general enquiries. Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process.

Team Leadership: 

Supervise and support the reception team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

Customer Service Excellence: 

Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

 

Administration: 

Oversee daily administrative tasks, including reservations, billing, and record-keeping.

 

Communication:

Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and services are coordinated effectively.

 

Problem-Solving:

Handle any emergencies or guest complaints calmly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.

 

Reporting: 

Prepare and analyse reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback to support management decisions. 

 

Revenue Generation:

Identify opportunities to maximise occupancy and apply offers and incentives where necessary.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
